Molasses Milk

Ingredients
  Non fat dry milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsulphured molasses 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Quart (Whole Or Skim)
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine dry milk, molasses and fresh milk, blend until light and frothy and properly mixed.
2) Store in refrigerator and drink hot or cold as desired.

SERVING
3) Serve in mugs when required as low cal diet.
