Molasses Oatmeal Cookies

|Molasses||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unbleached white flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground allspice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Brewer's yeast||2 Tablespoon|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Beat together the oil, molasses, honey, and eggs.
3. Sift together the whole wheat flour, unbleached white flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, cloves, ginger, and allspice. Stir in the brewer's yeast, wheat germ, rolled oats, and raisins.
4. Add the oil mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto an oiled baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until done. Cool on a wire rack.
