Mocha Toffee Parfaits

Ingredients
  Instant coffee crystals 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Canned vanilla pudding 18 Ounce, chilled
  Fudge topping 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  English toffee bars 5 Ounce, crushed (Chocolate Covered)
  Whipped cream/Frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve instant coffee crystals in milk.
Stir into chilled vanilla pudding.
Spoon half the pudding mixture into 4 parfait glasses.
Top with half the fudge topping and half the crushed candy.
Repeat layers in parfait glasses with remaining pudding mixture and remaining fudge topping.
Top parfaits with whipped cream or whipped dessert topping and the remaining crushed candy.
Makes 4 servings.
