Hot Mocha Cream

Hot Mocha Cream is an amazingly irresistible beverage recipe that you can prepare effortlessly. Try this deadly combination of coffee powder and chocolates; I am sure you will get a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate square 6 (1 ounce)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Instant coffee 2 Tablespoon, powdered
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine 6 (1-oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate, 1 cup boiling water and 1/4 cup sugar in top of double boiler.
Place over hot (not boiling) water and cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and mixture is well blended.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine 5 cups milk, 2 tablespoons powdered instant coffee, 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
Heat, stirring, until mixture comes to a simmer.
Gradually add chocolate, beating with wire whisk or rotary beater, until well mixed.
Serve hot, topped with a marshmallow
