Mocha Chocolate Mold
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Instant coffee||2 Teaspoon|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crushed ice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), drained|
Place 1/4 cup cold water, gelatin and instant coffee in blender; add 1/2 cup boiling water.
Cover; blend at low speed for 1 minute or until gelatin is dissolved.
Add chocolate chips, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Blend at high speed until mixture is smooth.
Add egg yolks, cream and crushed ice; blend until mixture begins to thicken.
Pour into 1-quart mold immediately.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
