Royal Mocha Freeze

Ingredients
  Whipping cream 1 Pint
  Canned chocolate syrup 5 1⁄2 Ounce
  Brandy 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Coffee ice cream 1 Quart
  Semisweet chocolate morsels 6 Ounce
  Chopped almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1 Tablespoon
  Chocolate leaves 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Maraschino cherries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine whipping cream, chocolate syrup, and brandy; beat until thickened.
Place ice cream in a large plastic or metal freezer container; fold chocolate mixture into ice cream.
Stir in chocolate morsels and almonds.
Freeze, uncovered, about 3 hours.
Remove from freezer, and stir well.
Cover and freeze.
Spoon into parfait glasses and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate leaves, and maraschino cherries.
