Royal Mocha Freeze
|Whipping cream||1 Pint|
|Canned chocolate syrup||5 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Brandy||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Coffee ice cream||1 Quart|
|Semisweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce|
|Chopped almonds||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Chocolate leaves||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Maraschino cherries||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine whipping cream, chocolate syrup, and brandy; beat until thickened.
Place ice cream in a large plastic or metal freezer container; fold chocolate mixture into ice cream.
Stir in chocolate morsels and almonds.
Freeze, uncovered, about 3 hours.
Remove from freezer, and stir well.
Cover and freeze.
Spoon into parfait glasses and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate leaves, and maraschino cherries.
