|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant chocolate drink powder||3 Tablespoon|
|Instant coffee||1 Teaspoon|
Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and walnuts; add butter, mixing well.
Sprinkle 2 cups crumb mixture in waxed paper-lined 9-inch square pan; press down well.
Chill evaporated milk in refrigerator tray until soft ice crystals form around edges.
Beat egg whites and salt until frothy; beat in remaining sugar gradually.
Whip chilled milk in chilled bowl until stiff peaks form; add chocolate drink powder and coffee.
Fold into meringue.
Spread over crumb mixture lightly; sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Cut into squares.
