|Instant coffee||2 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||7 , separated|
|Chocolate wafers||8 1⁄2 Ounce, crushed|
"Combine chips, coffee, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons water in saucepan; melt over low heat.
Remove from heat; add egg yolks and vanilla.
Mix together thor- oughly.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into chocolate mixture.
Place 1/3 of crumbs in but- tered 8-inch baking pan; spread half the chocolate mixture on top.
Place 1 /3 of the crumbs over choco-late mixture; freeze for 1 hour.
Remove from freezer; add remaining chocolate mixture and re- maining crumbs.
Chill in freezer for 1 hour longer.
Garnish with whipped cream before serving."
