Hot Skim Milk Mocha

Ingredients
  Strong hot coffee 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cocoa 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pan, combine the coffee, cinnamon, and nutmeg till mixed together completely and set aside
2. In another pan, mix the sugar and the cocoa and water and mix well. place this mixture on the pan and heat gently till it reaches a boil. Cook for three minutes more and then stir well.
3. Add milk and boil again till it reaches 212° and then remove the saucepan from the heat.
4. Add vanilla and coffee mixture and mix again

SERVING
5. Serve immediately
