Ingredients
  Cocoa powder 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Tall Can, Undiluted)
  Hot strong coffee 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Mix cocoa, sugar, and salt in saucepan.
Add water and stir until smooth.
Cook slowly for 2 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly.
Add milk and coffee; heat just to boiling.
Beat, and serve hot or chilled.
Makes 6 cups.
