|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 Ounce|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Double strength coffee||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Put first 4 ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil, stirring until chocolate is melted.
Increase heat and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and gradually stir in milk.
Add coffee and heat to scalding (do not boil).
Stir in vanilla.
