|Cocoa||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Tall Can)|
|Hot strong coffee||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Mix cocoa, sugar, and salt in saucepan.
Add water and stir until smooth.
Cook slowly for 2 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly.
Add milk and coffee; heat just to boiling.
Beat, and serve.
