Mocha Velvet Torte
|Pound cake||12 Ounce|
|Instant chocolate pudding mix||4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Instant coffee powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Dessert topping mix||2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cold milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Slice cake horizontally in 4 layers.
For frosting, combine pudding mix, instant coffee powder, dessert topping mix, and milk in mixing bowl.
Beat till fluffy and of spreading consistency.
Spread three layers of cake with frosting; stack together and top with fourth layer.
Frost top and sides of cake.
