Home Brew Mocha Liqueur
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Ground chocolate||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Instant coffee||2 Tablespoon|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vodka||750 Milliliter (1 Fifth)|
|Vanilla bean||1 , cut into pieces|
Dissolve sugar, Ground Chocolate and coffee in boiling water.
Stir in vodka and vanilla bean.
Pour into jars.
Store, covered, in cool, dark place for one month; shake once a week.
Serve as after-dinner liqueur or as a dessert sauce or over ice cream.
