Home Brew Mocha Liqueur

Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Ground chocolate 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Instant coffee 2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vodka 750 Milliliter (1 Fifth)
  Vanilla bean 1 , cut into pieces
Directions

Dissolve sugar, Ground Chocolate and coffee in boiling water.
Stir in vodka and vanilla bean.
Pour into jars.
Store, covered, in cool, dark place for one month; shake once a week.
Serve as after-dinner liqueur or as a dessert sauce or over ice cream.
