|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sweetened chocolate flavor drink mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Dissolve instant coffee in water in a 4-cup measure; pour into two ice-cube trays; freeze until firm.
2. When ready to serve, dissolve drink mix and cinnamon in milk in an 8-cup pitcher. Beat cream until stiff in a medium-size bowl; stir into milk mixture.
3. Place three or four coffee cubes in each of 8 tall glasses or mugs; pour the milk mixture over the top.
