Rich Chocolate Mocha Mousse
|Semisweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, cut into pieces|
|Freeze dried coffee||2 Teaspoon (Original Blend)|
|Hot water||1 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Heavy whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
MICROWAVE morsels and butter in medium, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; stir.
Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dissolve coffee in hot water; stir into chocolate mixture.
Stir in vanilla; cool to room temperature.
WHIP cream in small mixer bowl on high speed until stiff peaks form; fold into chocolate mixture.
Spoon into tall glasses; chill for 1 hour or until set.
Garnish with whipped cream and Chocolate Zigzags.
