|Miniature marshmallows||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Instant coffee powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Instant chocolate||1 Tablespoon|
1. Combine the above ingredients in a saucepan, and place on low heat until it is melted. Mix well.
2. Set in refrigerator until it starts to set.
3. Add 1 tbsp. rum.
4. Fold in 1/2 pt. whipped cream.
5. Let set until firm.
