Frosty Mocha Wedges

Ingredients
  Crushed chocolate chip cookies 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant coffee crystals 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Pint
  Instant vanilla pudding mix 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Package)
Directions

1 Line a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan with foil. In a small mixing bowl combine crushed cookies and melted butter or margarine. Set aside
1/4 cup of the crumb mixture. Press the remaining crumb mixture into bottom of pan.
2 Combine milk and coffee crystals, stirring to dissolve. In a medium mixing bowl stir ice cream just to soften. Add milk mixture and dry pudding mix to softened ice cream. Beat with a rotary beater or an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes or until well mixed and slightly thickened. Pour into the crust-lined pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with the reserved crumbs. Cover and freeze several hours or until firm.
