|Butter/Other fat||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Strong coffee||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Cold)|
1.Cream the fat and add sugar gradually, then the egg-yolks.
2.Add coffee little by little, and vanilla.
3.If coffee is added quickly, the mixture will curdle.
4.Line a mold with the lady fingers.
5.Turn the mocha mixture into the middle, and chill.
6.Serve with cream
