Mocha Pudding

The mocha pudding is a dessert pudding made with coffee and flavored with a hint of vanilla. Prepared with a lady finger lined mold, the mocha pudding is served chilled and can be topped with dessert mocha sauce.
Ingredients
  Butter/Other fat 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3
  Strong coffee 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Cold)
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lady fingers 12
Directions

MAKING
1.Cream the fat and add sugar gradually, then the egg-yolks.
2.Add coffee little by little, and vanilla.
3.If coffee is added quickly, the mixture will curdle.
4.Line a mold with the lady fingers.
5.Turn the mocha mixture into the middle, and chill.
SERVING
6.Serve with cream
