Ingredients
  Ground hamburger/Ground beef 4 Pound
  Onions 4 Medium, chopped
  Chopped celery with tops 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ketchup 28 Ounce (2 Bottles 12 Or 14 Ounces Each)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a Dutch oven, brown hamburger; when some drippings have collected, add chopped onion and celery. Cook until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender. Drain off excess fat.
2. Add ketchup, salt, and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes.
