Muffin Mix

I first tasted this Muffin Mix at a friends place and absolutely loved it! It has always been a hit with family and friends and I am sure you will agree once you try this. So, make sure you dish out this Muffin Mix and do share your feeling with us!
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Liter (8 Cups)
  Baking powder 75 Milliliter (1/3 Cups)
  Salt 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sugar 175 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Skim milk powder 325 Milliliter (1 1/3 Cup)
  Vegetable shortening 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Directions

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix well.
With a pastry blender, cut shortening into dry ingredients until evenly distributed.
Put in large air tight container.
Label and date.
Store in cool, dry place and use within 10 to 12 weeks.

Great. This tells how to make the mix but it doesnt tell you how to make the muffins!
