|Oat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rye flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Packed brown sugar||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Cocoa||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Shortening||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine flours, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and cocoa in the Bosch bowl.
Blend well using wire whips.
Add shortening, and mix thoroughly.
Store in a covered container in a cool place.
NOTE: The recipe may be made with all whole wheat flour.
Barley flour may be substituted for the oat and rye flours.
