Cheese Sauce Mix
|Unbleached flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried grated parmesan cheese||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Nonfat dry milk powder||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into pieces|
1) In a large bowl, add flour, cheese, milk, salt, paprika, and nutmeg.
2) Thoroughly combine to prepare the evenly mixed mixture.
3) Use pastry blender or fingertips to cut in butter to the mixture, until it looks like coarse cornmeal.
4) Use to prepare the sauce of store in airtight container in refrigerator, or freeze, if desired. This way, it will keep for 6 to 8 months.
