Gingerbread Mix

Ingredients
  Flour 8 Cup (128 tbs), sifted
  Sugar 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger 3 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 3 Tablespoon
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Shortening 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients except shortening and sift them twice.
2. Use a pastry blender to cut shortening into dry ingredients, until the mixture resembles cornmeal.
3. The gingerbread mix is ready.

FINALIZING
4. Store it in an air-tight jar or can in refrigerator.
5. Use as and when needed, within 3 months.
