Cookie Mix

Ingredients
Sifted flour - 6 cups
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Crisco - 1 pound (about 2 1/3 cups)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, tip in the flour and the salt and mix well
2. Rub the Crisco into the flour mixture till it forms large breadcrumbs
3. Store in a large glass container till required

SERVING
4. Mix with egg or milk to make cookies

TIP
This mix does not require refrigeration and can be stored indefinitely
