|Soft flour||2 Pound|
|Fine sugar||2 1⁄2 Pound|
|Vegetable shortening||1 Pound|
|Baking powder||4 Tablespoon|
1 In a bowl, sift the dry ingredients thrice.
2 Using a pastry blender, cut the fat until a fine crumbly mixture is produced.
3 Transfer the mixture in a covered jar and store at room temperature.
4 Use as desired.
