Ready Go Biscuit Mix
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Shortening||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), divided in 3 pieces|
1) In a food processor bowl fitted with a knife blade, add the flour, salt and baking powder together.
2) Then place the shortening pieces over the dry ingredients and process for about 10 seconds, until the mixture has fine particles.
3) Transfer into a container with a tight lid and refrigerate.
4) Use the mixture to prepare biscuits within 4 weeks.
