Scotch Coffee Cake with Biscuit Mix
|Biscuit mix||200 Gram (1 Package)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , well beaten|
|Shortening||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Quick cooked rolled oats||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine biscuit mix, sugar, salt, baking powder, raisins, and nuts.
Mix egg, melted shortening, milk, and rolled oats; add to biscuit mixture, mixing well.
Pour into greased 9-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with Topping.
Bake in preheated hot oven (425 °F.) for 25 minutes.
