Scotch Coffee Cake With Biscuit Mix

Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 200 Gram (1 Package)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Quick cooked rolled oats 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine biscuit mix, sugar, salt, baking powder, raisins, and nuts.
Mix egg, melted shortening, milk, and rolled oats; add to biscuit mixture, mixing well.
Pour into greased 9-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with Topping.
Bake in preheated hot oven (425 °F.) for 25 minutes.
