Ingredients
  Gherkins 200 Gram
  Onion 50 Gram
  Potatoes 100 Gram
  Mustard seeds 1 Pinch
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 20 Milliliter
Directions

1. Slice gherkins and onion.
2. Cut potatoes into thin fingers.
3. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds and turmeric.
4. Add onion, gherkins, potatoes and cook.
5. Add salt and chilli powder and mix well.
