|Baking powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (plus 2 tablespoons)|
|Shortening||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine flour, salt, and baking powder; sift.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Place in covered container.
Store in refrigerator or any cool place.
