General Purpose Mix

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Nonfat dry milk powder 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine /shortening 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and nonfat dry milk powder.
Add the butter and cut in with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles finely ground meal.
Store the mix in a covered container or a large plastic bag.
