|Dry milk powder||2 Cup (32 tbs) (nonfat)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shortening||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine flour and nonfat dry milk powder and stir.
Add baking powder and salt and stir.
Cut shortening into mixture until it resembles coarse meal.
Store Quick Mix in tightly covered 3-quart containers.
