Funnel Cake Mix

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
  Cornmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add milk.
Add this liquid to 2 cups of the dry mix.
Stir until smooth.
Pour some batter into a funnel, holding your finger under the funnel spout.
Hold funnel over a fry pan filled with hot deep fat or frying oil (350°).
Release finger letting batter flow and move the funnel in a slow circular motion, shaping a round cake.
Fry until crisp and golden on one side; turn and fry on other side.
Dust generously with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
