|Salt||4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Shortening||2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs)|
Combine flour and salt.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
