Ingredients
  Oat groats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Uncut Oats)
  Long grain brown rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whole grain rye 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat grains 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whole triticale grains 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole buckwheat grain 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pearl barley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Millet 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame seed 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix together oats, rice, rye, whole wheat, triticale, buckwheat, barley, mil- let, and sesame seed.
Use, or store up to 3 months in an airtight container in a cool, dry place
