Homemade Crisco Quick Bread Mix's picture
  Flour 10 Cup (160 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Crisco 2 Cup (32 tbs)

In large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Cut Crisco into dry ingredients with pastry blender till mixture resembles coarse meal.
Store in covered container up to 6 weeks at room temperature.
For longer storage, place in freezer.
To measure, spoon mix into measuring cup; level with spatula.
