  Unbleached white flour/All-purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), unsifted
  Soy flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), unsifted
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 6 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Low fat dry milk product 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Made With Cream)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brewer's yeast 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl, thoroughly blend all ingredients.
Package airtight in plastic bags or containers and store in a cool, dry place.
