Super Healthy Super Bowl Crunchy Munchy Mix

This bowl is a super healthy bowl consisting of all the healthy ingredients including wheat, peanuts and cashews. It is good snack in between meals.
Ingredients
  Shredded wheat cereal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pretzels 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Toasted corn 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Liquid smoke sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Hot sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Seasoning To Taste (Ktc Super)
Directions

In a large bowl mix shred white ceral peanuts, pretzels, toasted corn, sesame seeds and 3 cups of what you like. In another bowl mix hot sauce, olive oil and liquid smoke. Now mix the two mixtures and stir. Add KTC super seasoning and dry rub for taste. Toast the mixture in oven at 300 F for 10 minutes and super muniche bowl is ready.
