Yogurt Salad Dressing Mix
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cumin||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Place all the ingredients in a 1/2 pint jar, cover tightly, and shake well to mix.
Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
To Make Yogurt Dressing In a small bowl, whisk together 2 teaspoons of the Yogurt Salad Dressing Mix, 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt, 3 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 crushed clove garlic, and 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley.
Let stand at room temperature at least 30 minutes before using, then whisk again.
