|Fresh peaches||2 , peeled and cut into 8 pieces|

|Green capsicum||1 , seeded and cut into 8 pieces|
|Onions/16 very small onions||2 Large, each cut in 8 pieces|
|Eggplant||1 Medium, cut into 16 pieces|
|Tofu||250 Gram, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Hara masala||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Olive oil spray||1|
1. Make shashlik with chopped vegetables as shown in picture.
2. Sprinkle hara masala on shashlik to coat vegetables, leave to marinate in refrigerator for 1 hr.
3. Spray shashlik with olive oil.
4. Grill till vegetables are tender, turning once (approx. 10-12 mins). Serve with Gajjar Chutney.
