Sabji Shashlik

Ingredients
  Fresh peaches 2 , peeled and cut into 8 pieces
  Red capsicum 1 , seeded and cut into 8 pieces
  Green capsicum 1 , seeded and cut into 8 pieces
  Onions/16 very small onions 2 Large, each cut in 8 pieces
  Eggplant 1 Medium, cut into 16 pieces
  Tofu 250 Gram, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Hara masala 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Olive oil spray 1
Directions

1. Make shashlik with chopped vegetables as shown in picture.
2. Sprinkle hara masala on shashlik to coat vegetables, leave to marinate in refrigerator for 1 hr.
3. Spray shashlik with olive oil.
4. Grill till vegetables are tender, turning once (approx. 10-12 mins). Serve with Gajjar Chutney.
