Frozen Fruit

Ingredients
  Grapefruit sections 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh)
  Orange sections 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh)
  Sour cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh)
  Banana slices 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Teaspoon
  Cold water 2 Teaspoon
  Liquid sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Low calorie whipped topping 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Prepared)
Directions

Combine fruits and lemon juice in bowl; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate.
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water, and allow it to rest 5 minutes to soften.
Heat just until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add gelatin and sugar replacement to fruit; toss to coat.
Fold topping into fruit mixture.
Spoon into mold, freezer tray or individual dishes.
Freeze until firm.
