Soya Mint Tikkis
|Chickpeas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), boiled and drained|
|Nuggets||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped mint||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped green chilies||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped ginger||1 Teaspoon|
Soak soya nuggets in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain and squeeze out all the water.
Blend together Kabuli chana, soya nuggets and mint in a blender to get a smooth paste.
Add green chillies, ginger and salt, and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape it into round, flat tikkis.
Cook them on a non stick pan using a little oil till both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
