|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream of tartar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Peppermint extract||10 Drop|
|Food coloring/Green / yellow food coloring||1 Teaspoon|
Combine sugar, corn syrup, milk, and cream of tartar in 2-quart glass measure.
Cook on HI, 6 minutes.
Let stand 3 to 4 minutes, or until slightly cooled.
Beat vigorously until creamy.
Add peppermint extract and food coloring.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto sheets of foil.
Let stand until cool and firm.
Store in airtight container.
