10 Ounce, frozen
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Dried mint leaves
Cook frozen lima beans according to directions on package.
Drain, set aside.
In a medium skillet saute onion and garlic in margarine until tender.
Stir in lima beans, tomatoes, and mint leaves.
Heat through until piping hot, then serve.
