Strawberry Mint Cooler

Ingredients
  Tonic water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Strawberry jam/Raspberry jam 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped mint 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine 2 cups tonic water, jam, and mint in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Boil 3 minutes.
Let stand 1 hour; strain.
Combine remaining 2 cups tonic water, strained jam mixture, and lemon juice.
Serve over shaved ice.
