Easy Holiday Mints

Ingredients
  Powdered sugar 16 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Evaporated milk 3 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Peppermint extract/Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Food color 2 Drop
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; knead in bowl until smooth.
Shape mints in rubber candy molds, and place on baking sheets; cover with a paper towel, and let dry.
Remove candy from molds, and store in an airtight container
