Easy Holiday Mints
|Powdered sugar||16 Ounce|
|Evaporated milk||3 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Peppermint extract/Almond extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Food color||2 Drop|
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; knead in bowl until smooth.
Shape mints in rubber candy molds, and place on baking sheets; cover with a paper towel, and let dry.
Remove candy from molds, and store in an airtight container
