Frozen Mint Supreme
|Vanilla wafer crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate||2 Ounce|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mint ice cream||1 Quart|
Line 2 ice cube trays with wafer crumbs.
Cream but- ter and sugar until smooth; add egg yolks, vanilla and chocolate.
Add nuts; fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Spread chocolate mixture over crumbs; freeze for 3 hours.
Spread ice cream over frozen mix- ture; return to freezer until ready to serve.
