Summer Fizz

Ingredients
  Mint stalks 12 (Fresh)
  Water 1⁄2 Pint
  Red currant jelly 1⁄4 Pint
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Ginger beer 2 Pint
  Orange juice 2⁄3 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, place the mint stalks , then take a mortar and use it to crush the leaves
2. In a pot, boil half of the water, then add the redcurrant jelly and stir together properly, also stir in the rest of the water cold
3. Set aside and let it cool, now take the mint and place it on a strainer and strain it, later discard the mint
4. In a bowl, containing the ingredeints, add the fruit juice to it, and chill it in the refrigerator
5. Later remove the bowl from the refirgerator, and stir in the ginger beer, pour over the ice, and decorate the top with fresh mint

SERVING
6. Serve with lemon slice on the top of the glass, if desired
