Ingredients
  Angostura bitters 1 Dash
  Creme de menthe 2 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Gill)
  Lime juice 2 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Gill)
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a tumbler, half fill with broken ice and add Angostura Bitters.
2. Add Creme de Menthe and Lime Juice; stir well.

SERVING
3. Into another tumbler, strain drink and fill it with soda water.
4. Garnish with fresh fruit slices.

TIPS
Peppermint can be used in place of Creme de Menthe for a different flavour.
