Mint Nectar

Ingredients
Mint - 50 grams
Ginger - 2 -inch piece
Green food coloring - 1 drop
Strained lime juice- 2 limes
Sugar - 10 tbsps
Cracked ice
Water - 2 glasses
Directions

MAKING
1. Grind mint and ginger and extract the juice.
2. Pass the juice through fine cloth.
3. Take a bowl of water and add strained juice into it along with food coloring, lime juice, and sugar.
4. Take a glass of water and top it with ice.

SERVING
5. Serve after garnishing with rose buds and cracked ice.
